KYC Overview

Ffbet undertakes Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance to verify a customer’s identity, assess risk, and monitor activity upon registration and during the course of a relationship.

Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all customers of Ffbet who open an account, place bets, or conduct transactions. It governs the collection, verification, and ongoing monitoring of customer information, and applies in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Information We Collect

  • Identity data: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, and current residential address.
  • Contact data: email address and telephone number.
  • Proof of identity: government-issued document numbers and copies (e.g., passport, national ID or driver’s license).
  • Proof of address: documents dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
  • Payment details: method of funding, account numbers, and related identifiers.
  • Source of funds: evidence of funds used for wagering, including employment income, savings, or business revenues.

Documentation Requirements and Verification Process

On registration, customers must submit documentation to enable identity verification and risk assessment. Ffbet may request additional documents at any time to complete verification.

  • Acceptable identity documents: passport, national identity card, or driver’s license.
  • Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or government-issued correspondence showing the customer’s name and residential address.
  • Payment verification: verification of the payment method used for deposits, including the last four digits of the card or a bank statement showing the account name and number associated with the funding source.
  • Know Your Customer tiers: Tier 1 requires basic identity verification (name, birth date, address, nationality). Tier 2 requires enhanced verification, including source of funds and ongoing monitoring checks.

Verification timelines are generally within 24 to 72 hours following submission of all required documents. If documents are incomplete or unclear, the processing period may be extended and customers will be notified. Until verification is completed to the applicable tier, certain transactions or withdrawal limits may be restricted.

Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

Customers must provide a truthful indication of the source of funds used for wagering. Ffbet may require supporting documentation, such as payslips, tax filings, bank statements, or corporate records, to establish the lawful origin of funds or wealth where warranted by activity or risk profile.

Enhanced Due Diligence and High-Risk Scenarios

Customers identified as high risk, including those arising from politically exposed persons (PEPs), complex ownership structures, or high-value activity, will be subject to enhanced due diligence. This may include additional documentation, enhanced monitoring, and, where appropriate, a video verification step.

Ongoing Monitoring and Data Retention

Ffbet conducts ongoing monitoring of customer transactions and account activity to detect suspicious behavior. Data collected under this policy will be retained in accordance with applicable law and the retention schedule communicated to the customer, and in any case for no less than the period required by regulation.

Data Privacy and Sharing

Personal data collected under this policy is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Ffbet may share information with the group, regulators, and competent authorities as required by law or licensing conditions. Data subjects may exercise rights under applicable data protection laws through the designated channels.

Sanctions, geo-blocking, and Compliance

Ffbet complies with applicable sanctions regimes and geolocation restrictions. If a customer is located in or engages with a jurisdiction subject to restrictions, access and services may be limited or blocked in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements. KYC checks are integrated with geo-blocking and screening programs.

Account Restrictions and Suspension

Users who do not complete verification or who fail to meet ongoing due diligence requirements may have their accounts restricted to non-monetary activity, deposits or withdrawals blocked, or be subject to account closure in accordance with applicable law and licensing conditions.

Customer Support and Appeals

Customers may submit KYC-related inquiries or provide additional information through the in-account support channels or via the compliance contact. For assistance, contact the KYC team at [email protected] or the designated compliance channels.

Governing Law and Language

This policy is governed by the laws applicable to Ffbet’s licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a conflict between language versions, the English version prevails. Any disputes arising from KYC or AML matters shall be resolved under the competent regulatory or judicial authority serving Ffbet’s licensing framework.

Changes to this Policy

Ffbet may amend this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customers in accordance with licensing requirements. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
